Why is it that the things you love the most are often the things that scare you the most.
As soon as I start to be really happy, and begin to embrace something… fear always takes over. How do you stop that?
Maybe it’s just me being paranoid. I need to have a serious word with myself.

I certainly couldn’t change a tyre on a car
I’m useless with algebra, trigonometry and fractions
and don’t ask me about physics and chemical reactions
I don’t understand politics or why there’s a war
or how Alexander Flemming discovered the cure
I couldn’t tell you the capital of Azerbaijan
or about Buddha, Gurus and the teaching of Islam
But my knowledge lies in a different place
In morals, sensitivity, beauty and grace
I do know how to smile and have fun
and the feeling you get when you’re with the one
I know how to listen and show respect
and to live life for now, with no regret
